About the System
Wastewater treatment plants, multi-storey car parks, spiral ramps, bay windows, silos and other monolithic structures often require walls with different curvature radii.
Using conventional formwork systems for each individual radius leads to high costs. The solution is the universal ROUNDFLEX formwork system for curved surface concreting.
The ROUNDFLEX formwork system safely withstands fresh concrete pressure up to 60 kN/m².
Advantages
- No need to dismantle formwork panels on site
- Maximum allowable fresh concrete pressure: 60 kN/m²
- 6 panel heights: 0.60 m / 1.20 m / 1.80 m / 2.40 m / 3.00 m / 3.60 m
- 3 panel widths (inner radius): 2.50 m / 1.28 m / 0.85 m
- Curvature radius is adjusted using a spindle-type regulating element
- Panels are connected with the BFD connecting element, with the option to install a 10 cm compensation strip
- Fixed tie point positions
